• Blood Group & Marital Status.

B. Government Identifiers & Statutory Documents

• Aadhaar Card: Card number, virtual ID, and digital scan/image for identity verification.
• Permanent Account Number (PAN): PAN number and document scan for tax compliance.
• Voter ID / Driving License / Passport: Identity and address proof documents where applicable.
• Bank Account Details: Bank Name, Account Number, Account Holder Name, and IFSC Code (for salary deposit and payroll execution).
• PF / ESIC Details: Universal Account Number (UAN), ESIC IP Number, and prior employment details.

C. Employment & Educational Background

• Resume/CV, educational qualification certificates, work experience certificates, prior salary slips, and resignation/relieving letters.

3. Camera Usage, Facial Data & Photo Verification

The SourceOne Onboarding App requests access to your device's Camera and Photo Gallery for specific identity verification functions.

• Profile & ID Photo Capture: You are required to capture a live photo (selfie) or upload a photo to generate your official employee badge and verify your physical identity.
• Document Scanning: The camera is used to capture clean images of mandatory onboarding documents (e.g., Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank passbook, educational certificates).
• Liveness & Identity Check: Live facial images captured during onboarding are used solely for candidate identity verification to prevent impersonation and fraud.

We process your personal information strictly for legitimate employment and operational purposes:

• Candidate Onboarding: Verifying identity, processing employment applications, and conducting background checks.
• Statutory Compliance: Enrolling employees into Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), Labour Welfare Fund, and Income Tax deductions.
• Payroll Processing: Disbursing salaries, allowances, and managing direct bank transfers.
• Operational Management: Creating employee records, managing attendance, issuing official ID badges, and allocating work assignments.
• Communication: Sending SMS, email, or in-app updates regarding onboarding status, document corrections, or company announcements.

6. Data Sharing & Statutory Disclosures

We respect your privacy and handle your data with strict confidentiality. We share your information only under the following limited circumstances:

• Statutory & Government Bodies: As mandated by law, data is shared with government entities such as the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), ESIC, Income Tax Department, and relevant labor welfare boards.
• Client Deployment Organizations: For manpower and security deployment, basic candidate profile details (Name, Photo, Qualification, Verification status) may be shared with the client site where you are assigned to work.
• Service Providers & Cloud Infrastructure: Secure cloud servers, SMS/email gateway providers, and identity verification partners who operate under binding confidentiality contracts.
• Legal Requirements: If required by court order, law enforcement investigation, or applicable legal process.

7. Data Security & Storage

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between the mobile application and our servers is encrypted using standard Secure Sockets Layer / Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) protocols.

• Include your Full Name, Registered Phone Number / Email Address, and Employee/Candidate ID.

• Permission Revocation: Revoke app permissions (Camera, Storage, Location) anytime through your mobile device system settings.

10. Children's Privacy

The SourceOne Onboarding App is intended strictly for employment candidate onboarding and is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors under the age of 18.
