Requesting Account & Data Deletion

At SourceOne Management Services, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you have registered on or used the SourceOne Onboarding App and wish to delete your account along with all associated personal information, you can submit a deletion request by following the procedure outlined below.

Permanent Data Removal

Once your account deletion request is verified and processed, all your personal data, uploaded documents, profile details, and account credentials will be permanently erased from our active databases and servers.

Step-by-Step Deletion Process

Compose an Email Request

Send an email directly from your registered email address to info@sourceone.in.

Set the Email Subject Line

Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - SourceOne Onboarding App".

Provide Identification Details

Include the following details in your email body to help us locate your account:

  • Full Legal Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Registered Email Address
  • Candidate / Employee ID (if assigned)

Verification & Processing

Our Data Compliance team will verify your identity and process the complete deletion of your account and personal data within 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.

What Data Will Be Permanently Deleted?

Upon processing your deletion request, the following information associated with your account will be permanently removed from our active storage systems:

Personal Profile & Identification
Government ID Copies (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport)
Facial Verification Photos & Selfies
Bank Account Details & IFSC
Uploaded Certificates & Resumes
Phone Number & Contact Logs
Address & Location Records
App Login Credentials & Tokens

Statutory & Legal Retention Exceptions

In accordance with Indian labor statutes and tax regulations, certain records related to past employment, statutory contributions (PF/ESIC filings, Income Tax deductions), and legal audits may be retained in encrypted archives for the minimum retention period mandated by law. These records will not be used for any operational, commercial, or active processing purposes.
